KCQAA recently held a two part business meeting and presentation at Pierponts in Union Station.  In the first part held in March, August Johnson and Bridget Kieras offered two different viewpoints based on their experiences with the Agile methodology.  In the second part held in April, August Johnson, Brad Flood, and Keith Shakib held an open discussion of the Agile methodology from the point of the view of the Quality department

	The first part gave us insight into: What the Agile methodology is Different flavors of Agile (Scrum, XP, others) Agile concepts (Kanban, Sprint, Backlog, Burndown, Scrum Master, etc.) How it affects the department as a whole How business interaction is affected Where the Quality team fits in
	For the second part of the presentation, the session was focused on the practical application of Agile, including tips for implementing, how to interact in certain situations, what has worked and what has not worked in their experience.  Attendees brought forth several questions for our panel.
